Born in South Korea in 1980, I was adopted at the age of six and raised in France. I embrace the fact that we cannot explain or understand everything. I find mystery very comforting and photography encourages me to capture this elusive sensation. So I hope an image can open imagination or questions, and also transfer energy to make us feel aware and most importantly, alive. Therefore, I believe things can be more indescribable and penetrating when photographed intuitively.
